The domain name www.edudag.com, www.directadmissiononline.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”), web application and mobile application are owned by Direct Admission (operating under the brand name “Direct Admission Global”) having GST Number – 07DFBPS3316N2Z4. Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with DAG and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with DAG.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You”, “Your” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of the Website by visiting the Website using the computer systems. DAG allows the User to surf the Website or accessing the information available on Website without registering on the Website.

The terms “We”, “Us”, “Ours”, “DA”, “DAG”, “Direct Admission Group”, “Direct Admission Global”, “Direct Admission Online” refers to “Direct Admission”. When You visit the Website and/or use any of the service, Web Application or Mobile Application, You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. Registration: Some areas of the Site may require You to be or become a registered user or to provide Your information details. When and if a user does the same, he/she agrees to

A user is requested to note his/her application ID & Transactions ID at the time of filling up the application form or making payments. Hereby a user declares that his/her parents are aware of his/her application to colleges via Our Website(s) or Applications” and the permission has been granted by them for unconditional use of the same

Upon providing his/her information, the User agrees to the following points:

  • Make his/her contact details available to DAG; the User may be contacted by DAG for education information through email, telephone and SMS, if the User does not wish to be contacted, he/she shall communicate the same to email@thedirectadm.com and necessary action shall then be taken by DAG OFFICIALS
  • Receive promotional mails/special offers from DAG or any of its associate/partner websites.
  • Be contacted by DAG in accordance with the information provided by the User.

DAG reserves the right to use the users mobile and demographic information such as age, sex and location to conduct targeted mobile marketing campaigns even for third parties wishing to advertise using our database

DAG also reserves the right to sell this information and also the entire site to a third party if a third party is desirous of purchasing this information. The user shall not have any objection upon any call/SMS/Communication by DAG, by any third party on its behalf or by any other party authorized by DAG in this regard to communicate with the user regarding any matter connected with DAG. Notwithstanding the user’s registration with National Do Not Call Registry/ Fully or Partly blocked category under National Customer Preference Register set up under Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the user hereby expresses interest and accords his/her willful consent to receive communication. The user further confirms that any communication, as mentioned hereinabove, shall not be construed as Unsolicited Commercial Communication under the TRAI guidelines

Ownership of Materials and Restrictions: All content on this website, including site layout, software, images, photographs, text, services and other similar materials (collectively, “Materials”) are the properties of DAG and are protected under the copyright and other intellectual property laws. The User cannot copy, display, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, create derivative works from, or sell or license all or any part of the Materials, products or services obtained from our website in any medium to anyone. No part of the Website, including logos, graphics, sounds or images, may be reproduced or retransmitted in any way, or by any means, without the prior express written permission of DAG. The User may print or download content from the website for personal, non-commercial use only, provided, he/she adhere to all copyright and other proprietary notices of the website. The User cannot use the services on the site to publish or distribute any information (including software or other content/material) which is illegal, which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, which is abusive, offensive, profane, pornographic, threatening, or vulgar, which contains errors, viruses or other harmful components, or which is otherwise actionable at law. DAG reserves the right to exercise editorial control over the content/ material that is submitted or distributed through its facilities and/or services. The User cannot, without the approval of DAG use the website to publish or distribute any advertising, promotional material, or invite other users of the website to use any goods or services. Similarly, the User cannot use the website to download and redistribute public information or shareware for personal gain or use the facilities and/or services to distribute multiple copies of public domain information or shareware.

Application Form and Related Materials: The College Application Form and other information, forms and materials provided through the Site, including any data, text, graphics, images, audio and video clips, logos, icons and links (collectively, the “Materials”), are intended to educate and inform You about college application form on Website or Application. Please necessarily visit the website of the College and also go through the all the documents and material related to the Application & admission, as issued by the College. Complying with any guideline of college or in understanding the procedure etc. shall be the sole liability of users only. You also undertake the responsibility to ensure that the details given by You in Application form are complete and correct. DAG shall not be responsible for REJECTION ARISING OUT OF any incomplete or incorrect information given while filling up the Application form.

Links to Other Sites: The website or application contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by DAG. Such links are provided only for the purpose of Your convenience. Please be aware that we, DAG and/or the website or application, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage You to be aware when You leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies only to information collected by the website or to our other related websites provided it appears at the footer of the page therein. It does not apply to third party advertisements which appear on our websites and we suggest You read the privacy statements of such advertisers.

License Disclaimer: Nothing on any DAG’s website/Application shall be construed as conferring any license under any of DAG’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights, whether by estoppels, implication, or otherwise.

Content/Materials and Liability: DAG shall not be responsible for any errors or an omission contained on DAG’s website, and reserves the right to make changes anytime without notice. Mention of DAG products or services is provided for informational purposes only and constitutes neither an endorsement nor a recommendation by DAG. All DAG and third-party information are available on DAG’s is provided on an “as is” basis. Views expressed by the Users are made of their free volition; DAG does not endorse the same. No claim as to the accuracy and correctness of the information on the site is made although every attempt is made to ensure that the content is not misleading. In case any inaccuracy is or otherwise improper content is sighted on the website, please report it to report abuse. The results or outcomes of “CPCG” feature should be treated only as guiding tool which is indicative in nature and not the conclusive in itself. The users are advised to verify the results so provided from other sources as well before reaching any decision.

The Terms and Conditions for Course enrollment and Fee payment for Students on Enrollment Courses:

Schedule an Appointment

It is mandatory for every candidate to schedule an appointment online by following the steps mentioned in the ‘Appointment’ tab. A candidate won’t be permitted entrance in the office premises if his/her name doesn’t reflect in the appointment records. It is obligatory to upload the photo identity card of the parent and the candidate to schedule an appointment.

University Enrollment

In order to avail the services of DAG to secure admission in Top Private College, a candidate must undergo verification process that requires him/her to submit documents for verification and authentication. Here, at Direct Admission, no unscrupulous means are adopted to provide admission; meeting the eligibility criteria of the college is a must. Subsequent to verification, the candidate is directed to payment procedures which involve online payment of fees and signing an Affidavit stating the nature the relationship between the candidate and the firm. Ensuing to this development, he/she will receive a welcome kit through mail comprising of invoice, registration Id and welcome letter along with a confirmation mail which would be sent to the candidate on behalf of Direct Admission confirming the completion of the process and the choices made by the candidate. All contacts between the two parties will be established subsequent to this confirmation.

Fees and Payment

Price will be customized for the service. It will be through discussion between counselor and students and also depends on the courses.

If You wish and You accept these Terms and Conditions, You (or a third-party paying fee on Your behalf) may pay the fees now, within this website, by following the Pay Now link. If You choose not to pay now, the enrolment cannot be accepted online, and a written application must be sent (through mail) together with the payment. Through applying for a Course, applicants are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the Direct Admission fees in respect of the Course (as stated on the website and in other course publicity) and all other fees and expenses relating to the Course (some of which may be subject to a separate agreement) are paid by the deadline notified.

As a general rule, Direct Admission will not disclose or share any of the user’s personally identifiable information except when Direct Admission has the user’s permission or under special circumstances, such as when Direct Admission believes in good faith that the law requires it or as permitted in terms of this policy.

Your Rights

Direct admission collects Information from its users when they register to gain access to our services or at other specific instances when they are requested to provide us with their personal & business information. During registration, we ask the users for their name, email address, business information and other personal details. When You are on our network and are asked for personal information, You are sharing the information with Direct Admission alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise. Promotions that run on our network may be sponsored by companies other than Direct Admission or may be co-sponsored by Direct Admission and another company. Some or all data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor. However, You can decide not to participate in the promotion if You don’t want Your data to be shared. We also gather usage statistics such as pages viewed, number of unique visitors, browser software, screen resolution etc. for analysis that helps us provide You Improved user experience and services.

Your Duties

It is mandatory for every candidate registered with Direct Admission to maintain electronic and telephonic correspondences with their assigned consultant at all times. The candidate is necessitated to respond to every mail/message sent to him/her to make their presence felt. In case of some unforeseen circumstances, feel free to maintain electronic correspondences in the form of mail, justifying Your reason for no response or Your unavailability. In the event of no-response from the candidate, Direct Admission holds all rights to cancel the registration.

In such a scenario, resulting from no response from Your end despite repeated attempts to allocate a seat or when the college intervention has occurred, registration cancellation initiation as once the allocation has been raised, then the authority to cancel the seat lies with the college only.

However, in specifically mentioned clauses, as per the DAG Disclaimer Policy, the refundable amount will be Rs. 10,800 against the exhaustion of CPCG credentials, career assessment, profiling, documents verification and validation, college shortlisting and allocation raised for admission in the preferred college/institute/university that the client registered with us for.

Course Extension

For Direct Admission courses, candidates may get extension by paying extension fees as applicable.


All information (including information on colleges, universities, institutions, exams, events etc) on www.edudag.com or www.directadmissiononline.com has been compiled from the respective websites available in the public domain. While every possible care has been taken while creating and compiling the contents and materials, DAG does not take responsibility for the genuineness and authenticity of the contents and materials so provided. Users are advised to check the original (source) websites in case of any doubts. DAG keeps updating the contents/material on its website on regular intervals to ensure high quality.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicable for the College Applications Functionality on DIRECT ADMISSION All the monetary transactions done with the user of the site is in lieu with the payment gateway partner of www.edudag.com or www.directadmissiononline.com or any other DAG Application(s), and we take no responsibility of any payment discrepancies. Also we have full right to consider and review the refund case, if amount paid by the user is in excess to the number of college applications he has applied to. We have complete authority to review the college preferences as filled by the user if there is shortfall/excess of payment. Also You are required to note Your transaction ID and receipt no. as provided by the payment gateway to furnish any information or track the payment status of Your application form.

Application Summary / Credits: Credit is the number of application user can apply to, against the payment made by the user. This information would be available in the “my account” section after the user makes the payment. These credits have to be consumed within 6 months of purchase.

No Resale of Service: User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Service s, or access to the Services, from www.edudag.com for any commercial.

DA reserves the right without prior notice to access, read preserve and/or disclose the personal information of the User including the contents, materials if the same is required:

  • In order to comply with any court judgement/decree/order/directive,
  • By any legal/government authority;
  • By applicable law;
  • By professional/legal advisers, directors, employees/agents/representatives of DAG in connection with these terms or otherwise;
  • For investigating potential violations of the terms herein or applicable national & international laws;
  • For investigating deliberate damage to the Services or its legitimate operation;
  • For responding to service support requests, or
  • For protecting the rights, property or safety of DAG and/or its directors, employees and the general public at large.

Use of Website: The User represents warrants and covenants that his/her use of the website shall not:

  • Violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation;
  • Interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the website;
  • Impersonate any other person or entity, or make any misrepresentation as to his/her association with any other person or entity;

User further confirms that any communication, as mentioned herein, shall not be construed as Unsolicited Commercial Communication under the TRAI guidelines and User has specifically opted to receive communication in this regard on the telephone number provided by the User.
